Cannot add workflow plugin under a Tab

Follow-up of CMS7-206

Plugins can optionally override the addChild and removeChild methods.
TabsPlugin does that, but removeChild hasn't been implemented correctly yet.

removeChild is called by the PluginManager for swapping workflow plugins in and out.

The result is that the TabsPlugin cannot contain a workflow plugin as a direct child.
