I18n not cached properly resulting in bad performance in the browse tree

With every click the translations for the workflow actions dropdown are queried from the repository, resulting in up to 43 queries per click. This accounts for over 1/3 of the time needed to refresh the tree after the click. Wicket /should/ cache this, but somehow it doesn't.
