Encoding for images broken

Rename an image to "123)!(@#&!@%^#":;'<>?,/.,bla" and try to add the image to an html field and as ImageLinkTag. It fails in several places.

This should also work with the hst2, so probably for the img src tag in the html field the hst2 and the cms should "share" the same encoding scheme.
