Default Xinha plugins won't load buttons into the Xinha toolbar when added to the Xinha.plugins property

Adding the TableOperations plugin does not load the buttons in the toolbar eventhough it loads the scripts javascript plugin.

Adding

<sv:property sv:name="Xinha.plugins" sv:type="String">
<sv:value>TableOperations</sv:value>
</sv:property>

to

/hippo:namespaces/hippostd/Extended Rich Editor/hippo:template/hippo:template/root

Does not load the TableOperations icons into the toolbar.
