Red background is missing if the document is locked by another user

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as editor

      2. Open the Xmas document for editing in HAP channel

      3. Log out

      4. Log in as author

      5. Open the same document

      Expected result:

      Red background is shown in the message tab in right-side panel

      Actual result:

      There is no background color

       

      This seems to happen after the Angular migration
