Upgrade checker tool to build on Java 17

    Description

      Hippo Addon Checker 2.7.0 (latest) is not compatible with Java 17. The issue is fixed in Jackrabbit 2.20, 2.19.5.  See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-4467. Hippo Addon Checker 2.7.0 uses Jackrabbit 2.18.5-h3.
