Preview: make internal links clickable

When a document contains an internal link to a document, an image, or an asset, it would be nice if clicking on that link in the preview opens the object being referred to in a new preview tab. (yes this means you have 2 preview tabs open... )
Clicking on an external link should popup a new window that loads the URL.
