Taxonomy: investigate restructuring the data model on behalf of editor performance

The taxonomy editor has extreme slow performance in case of large taxonomy trees.
There's been an effort to improve this to no longer use JCR subnodes for localization purposes, see CMS-14091.

This issue is to revisit that and take it into brXM 15, but not remove the synonyms part (just yet).
