Automatic selection of all taxonomy terms in the hierarchy

When selecting a taxonomy term, editors have to also select all of the parent taxonomy terms in the hierarchy. This is error-prone and laborious. It would be better if selecting a particular taxonomy term automatically also selected all the parent items and added them to the document also.

This could be an optional feature that could be turned on via configuration so as not to affect customers that do not wish the plugin to behave in this way.
