Image gallery: upload all to 1 folder

The current image/file uploader uploads all files into a year/month/day/hour/minutes structure.
To make this usable, it forces us to develop a facetsearch for images/files as well.
Since this is not easily done right now, let's remove the structure and store all uploads into 1 folder (1 for images, 1 for files).
