NPE for a facetselect which has an ancestor that is of type facetselect with mode prefer-single

I create the issue as a blocker, because without this being fixed, the hst cannot properly work with virtual structures. I would really like a quick release with this fix. Is this possible?

For now, my only solution is to have a local repository engine build and add to to my local package war....
