Create integration tests for visual editing REST end-points

    Description

      While working on adding the required REST end-points for managing multiple values/compound/content-blocks, it quickly became clear that having the ability to write integration tests validating the full code-path would greatly simplify development.

      Unfortunately, such tests are not yet available for the content-service module of the channel-manager and as such, this issue is created to facilitate this work.
