Description

When a developer project is selected in a hst request, object converter/dynamic bean generation should return the bean by creating it with the unpublished doc type variant. In that case, dynamic bean generation should be able to load unpublished variants of doc types.

With ~~CMS-14262~~, the unpublished variants of doc types are supported on content types service.

With this issue, if the project is other than core project which means it could be either a developer project or not, then the unpublished doc type variants will be loaded. The behaviour will be enhanced with ~~CMS-14384~~
