No dropdown exists when completing an experiment which has a winner

This bug has become a regression with the extJS removal. When there is an experiment which has a winner, there should exist two options:

• Delete all variants
• Keep only the winning variant, delete the rest (see screenshot)

This does not exist anymore. 

There is also an idea to replace this with having two buttons somewhere in the UI, instead of a dropdown.
