Support images of modern formats like webp and JPEG 2000

Currently only the following image formats are supported for upload: JPEG, GIF, PNG, SVG, BMP, PCX, IFF, RAS, PBM, PGM, PPM and PSD."

So the CMS does not support modern image types such as WebP, JPEG 2000, JPEG XR as reported by some clients.

The underlying processing library (commons-imaging IIUC) doesn't like those.
