[Channel Manager]Cannot save draft when creating a new document

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to a channel in EM
      2. Click to create a new news item (in the news tab)
      3. After filling the first step click on Create button
      4. In step 2, try to keep draft of the document

      Expected result:

      You can keep a draft of the document in step 2, just like in the Content perspective

      Actual result:

      There is only the save button available
