Change the label of the layout dropdown in the Add new xpage dialog to 'Page layout'

The label is 'XPage layout' now, but the term 'xPage' is for internal use only. The UI must use 'page' instead.

Page menu label also needs to be changed from 'XPage' to 'Page'.
