Include to CM HST Component meta data if it is XPage or HST Config Component

An HstComponent can be part of an XPage or from HST Config: Even when
rendering an XPage, some components can be of HST Config if they are
inherited. The CM UI has to have knowledge whether the user should be
allowed to move an item in or between containers, but this depends on
the ROLE the user has on the container AND whether the containers in case
of a move belong to the same Xpage or HST Config: an item is not allowed
to be moved between an XPage container and an HST Config container
