Right-click instead of arrow on content folder list: make option default

Context

It is currently possible to add a boolean property (via the console) which allows users to interact with the folder structure in the content perspective via right-clicking. This property is NOT there by default and this is what we would like to change via this ticket.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The property shown in the video is configured by default; users have to proactively change the configuration to remove the right-click interaction.
