Taxonomy: improve messages when moving a category to direct parent or child

Following up on HIPPLUG-1024

When moving a categories in the CMS, a translated message is shown when selecting 'self' as target.
But when as target the direct parent or a child is chosen, the English exception message "Could not move category" is shown, which can be improved by adding a translated message.
