Introduce dynamic component configuration parameters

Hello guys,

currently HST components allow the definition of parameters that can be used by the component it self in order to be configured based on the case [1]. Moreover, those parameters can be annotated in order to be visible - and configured - directly in the channel manager. 

At the moment, the channel manager supports only a subset of field, as described here [2].

However, none of them supports a sort of dynamic behaviour. As example, in our Starter Store application, editors should be able to search products directly within the component configuration panel. In other words, editor should be able

1. to interact with a search fields within the component configuration panel
2. submit a search request and get a set of items asynchronously as result
3. select one (or more) item(s), eventually storing the item identifier as parameter values
