Saving/Reusing Component Fragments

At the moment, there is no feature to be able to store a container item component with parameter settings. As a result, if you want to add almost the same component + same parameter configurations to a page, it is really labor intensive to business users.
Especially, if there are a lot of component parameters, it is even worse.

If there's a new feature to store/reuse "Component Fragment" (meaning container item component + existing component parameters entered by business user in a page before).
For example,

• a user adds a catalog component and filled in a lot of parameters.
• as it is reusable, she saves the catalog component instance in the page as a reusable "Component Fragment".
• All the reusable "Component Fragment"s are shown in a separate tab next to "Page" and "Components" tab on the left pane.
• She can select a stored "Component Fragment" and add it to a page without having to re-enter all the parameters again.
