    Description

Pre 14.0.0 security domain restructuring, authors cannot

      1) delete an unpublished document (they can only request deletion)
      2) move an unpublished document
      3) rename an unpublished document
      4) copy an (un)published document

This makes the author role very clumsy. They can only request deletion for unpublished documents. If they create a new document, they cannot rename, delete or move it in case they created it in the wrong location. We should improve this to allow the above described (4) situations

Note that it is debatable whether the 'request deletion' for authors should stay

Extra input on last sentence: On a email thread we agreed to drop the 'request deletion' option:

"Request unpublish" seems like the important action. I agree that "request delete" for a thing that is already unpublished seems unnecessary. "Request delete" for a thing that is currently published is really confusing, since it overlaps with the "request unpublish" action.
