Improve Url field on New Page dialog

While creating new Landing pages the editors are prompt for choosing which URL segment is the new Landing page being created.

This can be configured in the URL field but this field does not have any way to search or filter.

On sites with a large number of landing pages creating a new Landing page on the right place can be a difficult task so the usability of this field is not optimal.

Suggestion
As an authoring experience, perhaps we could highlight the parent page prior to starting new page for the highlighted page to be selected as parent. This would be similar to how document folders are maintained. Select a Folder and then create a page under it.
