Editing: remove red crosses

Give every field a default "empty" content.
A field should not be deleted (which is what the X-es do), but might be left empty intentionally.

Crosses should only appear for multi-field properties ("add paragraph" / "delete paragraph")

See screenshot: the banner should've been instantiated already, albeit left empty. (which is OK, because it's not mandatory)
