Validators should allow parameters in messages

When creating a custom validator, it is possible to create messages for the violations. However, it is not possible (ootb) to customize these messages. If any part of the validator is configurable this may allow for a more specific message (eg, exceeding a boundary).

Currently you have to retrieve the message and create a new iModel object as the original does not allow for modifications.
