In the documenttype editor you can't see what field type a field is

When adding a field, the default caption matches the field type, but as soon as you change that caption you don't know what type of field it is.

Display the field type:

• In the 'title bar' of the field in the editor (the bar that contains the controls for moving and deleting the control)
• In the field properties panel

Also, if possible:

• The initial caption should consistently match the field type name for all field types.
  Currently that is not the case: 'Link' field f.i. has caption 'mirror'.
• 'DefaultCaption' should be renamed to 'Caption'
