Normal Description
Currently, when usage statistics are enabled, the footer of the login screen features a link with label "Terms & Conditions", which points to a "privacy statement" page on bloomreach.com. That's odd / unexpected. I checked with Legal, and got Taylor to reply:
"I think it's fine to change the footer [...] from "Terms and Conditions" to "BloomReach Privacy Statement"."
I suggest to do so in all supported versions of the CMS.
