Channel manager: make catalog items available for specific pagetypes

I would like to see that catalog items can be configured as limited to certain pagetypes. Use this information to hide (or show) catalog items, limiting the options given to editors to drag catalog items to the page. In my opinion would this improve the user experience for editors.
