Create one central location for setting the CMS edition

At the moment there is not a central configuration point to declare the CMS edition (community vs enterprise vs DX vs DXP etc). The edition is shown on the login screen and at the top of the left column of the dashboard. Both features have their own way of determining the edition.

If you wanted to show the current edition in the Admin / System properties that would be very hard.

After a small discussion with mdenburger we thought that the most logical place to determine what the edition is that you are running is the enterprise release pom. If you build your project with that parent, the enterprise edition should be set and shown correctly. The version number is built into a MANIFEST file inside the cms war. The edtion could be set the same way.
