[Back-port to release/4.1] Add autoexport exclusion rules for the ResourceBundleWorkflowEventListener

Automatic export keeps exporting /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/broadcast/hippo:moduleconfig/default/org.hippoecm.hst.resourcebundle.internal.ResourceBundleWorkflowEventListener to some broadcast.xml file in the project that contains a timestamp:

We should add config to automatic export to prevent this. Something like /**/hippobroadcast:lastProcessed to the property /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/autoexport/hippo:moduleconfig/autoexport:excluded

Exports of hippobroadcast:subscriber properties should be prevented from exporting too. Are there more?
