Discard dialog shows url name instead of CMS name

To get the dialog:

• open a document in edit mode
• make some changes
• use the close X on the document tab

The title of the dialog shows the url name of the document. It will make more sense to the editor to see the CMS name of the document here (stored in hippo:name property on the handle node).
