If an hst catalog component item does not have an hst:label, it is not visible in the components section of the channel mngr

Reproduction:

Start up 'testsuite'

Go to channel manager, open 'English Demo Site', click 'edit' and then check the available components.

No components are visible.

Going to

http://localhost:8080/cms/console/?1&path=/hst:hst/hst:configurations/democommon/hst:catalog/demosite-catalog-items/banner-demosite

and add 'hst:label' results in the component to be visible.

Suggested fix: If hst:label is missing, fallback to catalog item node name (just like CMS 10 did). This also makes the channel mngr more backwards compatible
