IE11: channel manager doesn't load if no essentials plugin is installed in archetype project

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Create project from "4.0.1-SNAPSHOT" archetype project and run it
      2. Don't install any essential plugin.
      3. Open cms in IE11.
      4. Go to channel manager and notice HTTP 404 is shown with "Access denied" error in browser console.
