Size handle of sitemap/components sidepanel should not overlap bottom border of Search panel

The size handle of the left sidepanel currently doesn't overlap the border below the tabs, but it does overlap the border at the bottom of the Search panel (see image). Would look beter if the Search panel would be visible in its entirety.
That the handle does overlap the sitemap / components list is fine.
