Regression - For existing components, the name is not shown in the property dialog

While testing the issue CHANNELMGR-211, for existing components the name is not shown in the property dialog.

1. Login to CMS
2. Navigate to Channel Manager >> Any Channel >> Edit channel
3. Click on any component
4. The component property dialog is opened

Expected - In the dialog, name of the component should be shown
Actual - The name of the component is not shown (refer screenshot)

Note - For Featured Products the component name is shown.
