Toggle from Campaign Running project to Core does not reload editor

Steps:

1. Create a project and associate a document.
2. Request Review, Approve all items and start the campaign.
3. Go to Channel Manager and open the same document.
4. Toggle to Project, document is not editable as it is Live.
5. Toggle back to Core. 

Issue : Core is not editable.

Issue : If there is another project in-progress, that also becomes non editable after switching from campaign running project to in-progress project.
