Convert step 1 of create content to angular 1

Combining angular 1 and angular 4 in the same app appears not to work, so we decided to first build all of create content in angular 1 and then convert the complete channel manager to angular 4. This user story is about reimplementing the step 1 component in angular, based on the angular 4 implementation.

All functionality should remain the same.
