Document-type dropdown shows a hand-cursor if only a single document-type is available

If there is only one document-type available in the document-type dropdown in STEP1, we pre-select it and render the select widget as readonly. This works fine but there is still a hand-cursor shown around the dropdown, indicating that the user can click.
