Site menu editor advanced settings not working properly

    Description

      According to [1] you can add additional parameters to site menus. When you add a new menu with a prototype item and then try to add items via the channel manager a number of issues occur. The first item added does not have an advanced settings button.

      Additionally, the parameters don't seem to be parsed correctly. Using the example I get a parameter "subtitle, color" with value "'', 'blue'".
