[12.0] Visual Editing CKEditor focus/blur state is not synchronized with user's actions

When a user focuses on a CKEditor field, the field's title does not turn blue.

When a user blurs, the field's title remains blue, and the shared space toolbar's bottom toolbar remains visible.

Most likely a digest cycle timing issue.
