Clicking on a component in the left side panel shows a drag cursor

When selecting a new component from the left side panel to add to a container, the mouse cursor is changed into a drag handle. This is confusing and wrong since there is no drag involved and it also obscures the fact that the user can click outside of the target container to cancel the action.

Use the copy handle instead (the one that is used when hovering over a component that allows the drop). 
This avoids the 'drag' confusion.
It does not indicate that the user can click outside of a target container to cancel the action, but another way to cancel the action (by clicking the x in the component section in the list) is clearly indicated.
