Remember type/country and tile/list view-preferences in channel manager overview

Log-in > Click on ‘’Channels’’:

The channel manager overview interface is a relatively simple interface with very few controls. However, these controls are not remembered when a user logs out then in again; this means that every time they log back in they have to re-state their preferences.
