Page/Channels dropdown menu can lead to command misunderstanding in hovering mode.

Scenario:

1. Click Page button to show dropdown menu. 
2. Navigate to left side panel button which opens/closes it with horizontal mouse moving.

Expected: Channel menu dropdown doesn't open during this movement.

Current behavior: During movement from Page to left side panel button Channel dropdown menu is opened. So it feels like hovering left side panel button causes that and leads to misunderstanding in next action for user.
