Opening the internal-link dialog or image picker hides the CKE toolbar

    Description

      Inconsistent behavior:

      • When using the external-link picker the toolbar stays on screen and focus stays
      • When using the internal-link picker or image-picker the toolbar is blurred when navigating in the dialog.
      • When closing the internal-link picker (cancel) the focus is no longer in the editor
