Page settings assign new template has no width

Start an archetype 10.2 project and set the Hippo version to 10.2.4.
Build and start
Add some essentials content
Add some prototype pages
Go to channel manager
Add a page
Go to page settings
Assign new template has no width

I've tried this both with starting from 10.2.0 and then upgrading as well as working directly on a fresh 10.2.4.
