When starting a drag action in a scaled site, the mirror element is not rendered correctly

To see the issue, open a channel in 'edit' mode and open left side-panel so that the site is scaled down. Now start a drag action on a component. Notice that the component is not positioned correctly and has the wrong size (cutoff at the bottom).
