It's possible to add component when edit component dialog is open.

When user edits already added component it's possible to add another while edit dialog is open. It should be prevented same way as it is right after adding new component to container.
Bug is very unstable. I don't have 100% reproducible scenario. Most often it is reproduced after several repeats from scenario below: tested on HAP

1. Go to home page and edit it.
2. Click banner.
3. Click main container.
4. Close pop up dialog.
5. Click added banner to edit it.
6. Click banner from components again and try to add it while edit component dialog is open.

Problem: Repeat steps 4-6 several times. After some repeat it becomes possible to add banner component with opened edit component dialog.
