Scrolling outside iframe no longer works

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to channel manager in edit mode
      2. Make sure you have page with vertical scrollbar. (e.g. make the complete window smaller)
      3. Drag a component from a container downwards
      4. Notice vertical scrolling doesn't work
