Re-render component when its properties are changed

Changing the properties of a component in the floating window directly re-renders the component in the site. Only the component is re-rendered and its markup is replaced in the site.

The re-rendering may change the overlay, e.g. when changing the rendering template from one that shows 'edit content' buttons to one that does not.
